Director of Operations
Mechanical engineering executive with solid international experience, performance in C-level positions and business management in the industrial, commercial and sales areas for the national and international market. Skills in planning, organization, market analysis and strategies, with implementation of continuous improvement projects, Kanban and Lean. Board member qualification by IBGC and mentoring by SBDC

Consultant & Technical Advice
Total of 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with 20 years of services in the field of flexible pipelines. Extensive experience in flexible duct design (especially in End Fitting connections), fabrication and qualification programs. He works together with the executive team providing advice and consultancy on business strategy, CAPEX investments, new product introductions and technical judgment.

More than 40 years of career at Petrobras, of which 30 years in services in flexible pipeline technology. Extensive experience in specification, qualification and risk assessment of flexible pipelines. FP/Industry qualification over the years: Coflexip/Technip since 1987, Wellstream since 1989, Furukawa 1989/90, NKT/NOV since 1998 and PRYSMIAN – 2008/2010. Proposition of 3 Patents for FP/PreSalt-2017.

Consultant / Technical Advice
More than 35 years of career at Petrobras, working as a technical consultant in flexible pipeline technology, development and qualification of flexible pipelines and submarine umbilicals and development of numerical tools for local analysis of flexible pipelines. At SIMEROS, she works as an advisor and consultant on business strategy, CAPEX investments, new products and technical judgment, IP applications, proposal and review results of qualification programs.
ANDREAS TORSTEN STEFAN BUCHNER
Consultant (Polymers) / Technical Counci
Extensive experience in submarine pipeline polymers. Specialist in the field of high performance polymers. PhD in Physics – Institute of Technical and Macromolecular Chemistry; MSc in Physics – Institute of Technical and Macromolecular Chemistry; BSc in Physics – University of Hamburg.
HELIO AUGUSTO TEIXEIRA DE CARVALHO
Mechanical Engineer
Specialist in Chemours, DuPont, Whitford, Arkema, Organometallic and Electroless Nickel coatings. Development of methods and processes against corrosion. Researcher of Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) compounds, including molybdenite mining, purification, micronization and industrialization for oils, greases and coatings. Tribology studies. Development of metallic and polymeric protection processes and patent holder in the offshore corrosion segment.
